Henry competed in his first mounted games team at the age of 7. He has been selected for the South of England under 12's team and also the England under 12's team who have competed at the European Championships.

Henry competed in the World Pairs Championships in Denmark 2018 fininshing 3rd and finished Reserve Champions at the British Pairs.

In 2019 so far the calendar has been busy and Henry has competed in the British Individuals and the European Master Individuals finishing Reserve Champion at both.
