How to take part

Record a video lasting **at least 30 seconds** featuring your pet and the Aqueos product you use.

Tell us:

- Which Aqueos product you’re using.
- How you use it.
- Your honest experience of the product.

Send your video through our WhatsApp chat (https://wa.me/message/AKBQVFQMKRBLM1?src=qr), together with your name and the product featured.

A simple phone recording is perfect. Please make sure your video is clear and any spoken feedback is easy to hear.

Your honest feedback matters

Your feedback does not have to be positive. Please describe your own experience accurately and avoid making claims you cannot support.

The reward is for a video selected for marketing use, rather than for giving a positive review or a particular rating.

Video requirements

You must own the video and have permission from anyone identifiable in it to submit it for consideration.

Please avoid including children, other people’s personal information, copyrighted music or material you do not have permission to share.

Your pet’s comfort comes first. Use products according to their instructions and never put your pet in an uncomfortable or unsafe situation for filming.

Selection and your free product

Submitting a video does not guarantee a free product.

Aqueos will consider videos based on their clarity, relevance, originality and suitability for marketing. Selection does not depend on your feedback being positive.

If your video is selected, we will contact you through WhatsApp to confirm the matching product, obtain your permission to use the video and arrange your reward.

Permission to share your video

Sending us your video allows us to review it for this promotion. It does not automatically give us permission to publish it.

Before using your video, we will explain where we would like to share it and ask for your agreement. This may include the Aqueos website, social media, email marketing and advertising.

We will also confirm whether we may display your first name and whether we may shorten the video, add captions or resize it. Any agreed edits will preserve the meaning of your feedback.

Receiving the promotional reward is conditional on agreeing to the marketing use explained to you before you accept.

Your information

We will use your video and contact details to review your submission, contact you about the promotion and arrange your reward if selected.

Submitting a video does not sign you up for marketing messages.
